We want your puppy’s journey to us to be as safe and stress-free as possible. Here’s exactly how it works.
Pickup (Preferred)
Pickup is our preferred option and is available by appointment at our home in Millersburg, Ohio. We schedule a time that works for you so we can properly introduce you to your puppy and their parents, answer your questions, and hand over all paperwork and supplies in person.
Shipping
We ship puppies only when pickup is not possible, and only through a trusted, experienced puppy transport service. We never ship by air cargo or cargo airlines — puppies travel by ground in climate-controlled vehicles with experienced handlers.
- Transport is arranged after your puppy is at least 8 weeks old and fully vaccinated
- You will receive tracking information and regular updates during transit
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by distance
- We will provide an estimated quote before you commit
What Is Included
Every puppy leaves with:
- Age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming records
- A written health guarantee
- Copies of the parents’ OFA health test results
- A starter kit (food, blanket, and care instructions)
Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $500 reserves your puppy. The balance is due before pickup or shipping. We accept bank transfer, cashier’s check, or other secure methods — never gift cards or wire transfers to personal accounts.
Cancellation
If you cancel before your puppy is born, your deposit may be applied to a future litter. Once a puppy is assigned to you, the deposit is non-refundable, as we hold that puppy for you and turn away other interested families.
