General Questions
How do I reserve a puppy?
Browse the available puppies on our website, then contact us to discuss the puppy you’re interested in. Once we agree it’s a good match, a non-refundable deposit of $500 secures the puppy for you. The remaining balance is due before pickup or shipping.
How much do your puppies cost?
Our Golden Retriever puppies are priced between $1,800 and $2,500 depending on color, markings, and lineage. Exact pricing is listed on each individual puppy page.
When can puppies go to their new homes?
Puppies leave us at 8 weeks of age, after they have received their first vaccinations, been dewormed, and had a veterinary health check.
Can I visit the puppies and their parents?
Yes. Visits are welcome by appointment only. This allows us to give you our full attention and introduce you properly to the litter and the parent dogs.
Health & Guarantee
Are the parents health tested?
Yes. All of our breeding dogs have OFA evaluations for hips and elbows, eye clearances, and cardiac evaluations. We are happy to share the results with you.
Do you offer a health guarantee?
Yes. We provide a 14-day general health guarantee and a 2-year genetic/congenital health guarantee. Full details are on our Health Guarantee page.
What is included with the puppy?
Every puppy goes home with:
Age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming records
A written health guarantee
Copies of the parents’ health test results
A starter kit (food sample, blanket, and care guide)
Our ongoing support
Shipping & Pickup
Do you ship puppies?
Yes, but only via trusted ground transport. We do not ship by air cargo. Pickup at our home in Millersburg, Ohio is always preferred.
Who pays for shipping?
The buyer is responsible for all transportation costs. We will provide a quote before you commit.
After You Bring Your Puppy Home
Do you offer support after the puppy goes home?
Absolutely. We are available by phone or email for questions about training, feeding, health, or anything else related to your puppy. We want both you and your Golden to succeed.
Do you require the puppy to be spayed or neutered?
Yes. Our puppies are sold on a limited (pet) registration. We require that they be spayed or neutered by 12 months of age unless we have given written approval for breeding rights (which is rare and only granted to approved homes).
What if the puppy doesn’t work out?
We carefully match puppies to families, but if an unexpected issue arises, please contact us right away. We will work with you to find the best solution.
